 Setting Up to Celebrate The New Year has only just begun and we're back to our usual activities, that is dining out and our real estate activities. First, we got our new garden dining set for the patio and we're reviewing our finances. We're selling our beloved Summer Home in Lake George and renting out our Timeshare in Scottsdale. Some good news, discussions are now underway with our first prospective buyer. Second, we're celebrating Paulina's birthday on April 4th! Lastly, The De Lorenzo Group will be expanding our investments into the addition of stocks to our portfolio as well as Son John's real estate and mushroom business. Despite our efforts to find a new home in Tucson, we're staying put and doing more of the same old, same old. Checkout our last efforts to buy our home, and we saw 11 properties and made sincere offers to buy several of them (.. things don't always work out, eh?)
