Fall brings better weather, the Monsoons have ended and we’re out even more .. if that’s possible. Paulina and I frequent some local restaurants as well as head to our country club each month for our HOA Appreciation dinner.

Property Management

We’re renting out 2 units each of our homes, that is Tucson and the Adirondacks. It’s time to get going on timbering our 149 acres and setup a Land Conservation Program.

And, we’ve decided to remain in the Main House in Tucson and use Paulina’s Place for Get Away’s when it’s not rented.

Love For Rent

We’re renting our Guest House and Apartment at Casa De Lorenzo 🏨, as well as our 2 houses 🏘 at Camp De Lorenzo in the Adirondacks 🗺🏞💑🐶☕️

In addition, we’ll be getting someone to tag our trees before harvesting the timber on our 149 acres 🎃 🌲 🚚

Living Life

Three quarters have gone, and we’re seeing everything cool down. Summer guests, landscaping and bbq’s have come to an end! .. cooler temps mean more indoor cooking, i.e., Lasagna, Meatballs and roasts.

​We just upgraded our iPhones, iPads, and MacBooks. It’s time to relax.

Meanwhile, son John and Sunnie are helping to make space for our tenants and heading to Paulina’s Place on Schroon River in the Adirondacks to prepare to for prospective tenants and tree harvesting.
