Paulina, Lucky and I will be living in both Tucson, AZ and Warrensberg, NY. We're retired and living the life of a "snowbird". God has blessed us with life, success and health and we intend to do all the things (and lots of rest) we didn't have time for in the earlier years.
Family, friends, work and life took our time, effort and now we're looking forward to enjoying out time. So, we'll try to enjoy our blessings as long as we can. We especially want to travel between our 2 homes, seeing all that we had hoped to see when we were young. Gone are the days of hosting and visitors, we're just getting too old for it all. Paulina, Lucky and i want to enjoy simple! Mission Hill Ln is our "forever" home. The estate includes all our wants and needs, especially as we invested substantial time, effort and money to make it be our dream home. In addition, we're located high in the mountains overlooking Tucson with proximity to all that Tucson has to offer. |

My idea was to include many of my favorites, especially including those dishes which I enjoyed during my life. Later, I expanded the database to include lot of dishes which I believe may be of interest to our visitors and family.
The recipes include both the recipe, as well as a tutorial to show and tell. I believe that home meals provide a major aspect of daily living and simply a better way to spend our time, effort and expense. You can view/download/print any or all of the recipes. I use the site especially when I'm shopping and cooking. Check it out, there's lots of insights and interesting information. Some recipes, still popular today, date back thousands of years! Enjoy ! |
Son John has been a dutiful Italian son, as well as a beloved member of his Filipino family. He has lots of love here, there and everywhere as he has really been there for us all. John will be graduating and heading into a new business with his old buddies.
While John could have opted for the "good life" he has chosen a very different and busy journey. As with us all, he will begin to make it on his own! While we know he will be successful in whatever he pursues, we only hope he will live long and be happy in his journey of family, friends, business and his many varied interests. 
It just keeps getting better~

Son John will carry forward our legacy, with an emphasis on "his" legacy. While I believe we must all make the best for ourselves and our family, John may seek his future where he is most happy.
