Good friends Kenny Vance & The Planatones doing "Hushabye"
Phil and George greeted me when I got to Disney's Riverside Resort, we enjoyed an evening together. So much fun, so many memories. After drinks, we headed out to a great restaurant for some fine dining at Ocean Prime, ... photos in my video "Mystic Night" video below. The joy just keeps getting better, eh.

Memories
Home listening to my Mystic tunes on the jukebox
I spent a few days enjoying Disney World before and after the show in Ft Pierce. The show below includes some sights around the hotel, great hotels.
The History of Rock and Roll
Al and I have been there since the beginning, we saw it all .. Brooklyn Fox, Palisades Park and recently FL! Al's wife, Lynn, is a cousin of Bruce Sudano, who as Bruce noted during our visit was a member of the George Galfo's Mystics "for a moment" 😉 Bruce too went on (he was married to Donna Summer 30+ years and a member of Kenny Vance and the Planatones!) We (Al and I) knew Kenny since meeting him in April '62 at the Camelot with Jay Traynor and the Americans 🌹) nice being part of all that history, eh
Al and Lynne have always been close with Bruce, they chatted with him while we were in Ft Pierce. They've told me lots about him, his times and even went to Donna's funeral. BTW, they were also friends with Dion and many others, who also went to Donna's funeral. Al especially likes the Planatones and Kenny Vance .. we listened to Donna's hits while driving and sight seeing.
So many memories of Donna, and Bruce

Donna Summers inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame 2013
Kelly Rowland annouced Donna Summer as a new member of the Rock and Roll hall of fame. Then They showed a tribute video and Jennifer Hudson Performed Last Dance. Then her husband Bruce Sudano and her three daughters Mimi Sommer, Brooklyn Sudano. and Amanda Sudano accepted the award on her behalf.
Bruce and his Brooklyn Dreams!
On with the Show
The show in Ft Pierce was like the Brooklyn Fox reunion, especially for Al and Me! Kenny, an original member of Jay and The Americans. We were all looking fan an echo ... |

My Memories of the Show
Warning, the video is over an hour long since it includes both my photos as well as many of here live performances. Great Memories!
Loved seeing Randy in CO, with some of our Doo Wop Buddies. Randy had been invited by Franki Valle to join the 4 seasons but he reluctantly passed to remain with his brother and the Rainbows. Great guy, great singer since he was 9! OK, l'm still working on me (lol)
It Begins in 1959
The Boys are Back in Town (well, Disney World)
Better than the Princess Dinner at Disney World, I had dinner in Disney's Riverside Resort with Phil and George .. my teen idols. Later, I and my best friends since high school (Al and Lynne) would spend time with some of the greats. Thanks for it all guys .. Great show!
We spent my first evening enjoying memories of our history, love hearing George Galfo and Phil Cracolici reminisce about it all 🍸🎼🎬🍾🎂 Memories to last a lifetime 😇🎩
I shared my memories with Dennis (original Mystic now living near me in AZ) about our memories at the Brooklyn Fox.
I, over the years, would meet up with Jimmy Clanton, Dion & The Belmonts, The Skyliners and many more. Funny story, I went to Jimmy Clanton's cousin's birthday party in the late 70's in Houston, TX and we reminisced about the Brooklyn Fox show and our memories. Lots of fun stories! Catching up with The Mystics and The Passions now ranks among my top memories.

Jack and I would remember all the fun and years of music in our travels and adventures.
I was a big fan of The Mystics and The Passions, and began my own singing career doing mainly the Passions hit tunes. My best friend and mentor, Jack Carlson, was an original member of the Roomates, encouraged me to do what worked best. And, so it began. Seeing my idols back in '59 at the Brooklyn Fox was a real treat.
Later, in April '62, I first met Jay and the Americans. He provided similar advice then and later. I, and my group, had the privilege and honor of being the opening act for them and performing together with The Cadillacs, The Cleftones and more.
I had the privilege of later being a 2nd string harmony guy with The Roomates. My favorite song was "Sunday Kind of Love", which wasn't a hit, but a special song I will always treasure. The guys reunited for a personal reunion back around '05
Over all these many years, I would come to meet and become friends with many performers and fans. Doo Wop and Disney were my childhood dreams that would last throughout my life. Having done many photo/video tribute pages and videos over the past.
To my surprise, I had the chance to see and meet up with Jay and The Americans in Tucson, and many more in Ft Pierce, FL.
You can see lots of my early memories and tributes to my buddies online too.

My good friend Jay Trainor sang lead for this record, the tune appears in the last episode of the Sopranos. Checkout the song that did it all for The Mystics and more! Great story too.
My Friends, Jay & The Americans and The Mystics!

Remember us, well no one else does (lol)
While all of the original members of my Doo Wop group, the Laurels, are alive, no one wants to perform with me anymore (lol).
Thanks for all the memories thru the years! Love the performers and the fans.
Family and friends enjoy our jukebox, filled with all my Doo Wop Buddies music. Catch some views of our Holiday time and my music. Enjoy! Paulina and I have enjoyed hosting lots of fun times and some of my home cooking, eh. Chuck, another business type and Elvis fan, with his lovely wife Lola .. and us enjoyed some holiday cheer. Best Wishes Always.
Get Away Trips
Paulina and I enjoy frequent trips for rest and relaxation. However, today we're more into the romantic settings and enjoy lots of dining out. A favorite haunt, which is close to us, is Las Vegas. We've seen lots of shows, see one of my favorite videos, which includes some of it all, and some live video of us!
Jersey Boys, Rod Stewart, The Eagles and Elvis and Us! Some Favorites .. More in our YouTube Playlists. We'll also be updating our Playlist for lots more as time goes by.
We've also got family and friends, and those that join us for the fun
