BBQ is a favorite everywhere, we've enjoyed lots of BBQ both at home and at many of the restaurants. However, all of it includes lots and lots of special recipes, dips and fun.
First, many of the restaurants and clubs provide a real family-style setting. BBQ, pleasant setting, fireworks and fun for the whole family.
Skyline Country Club is close and special in that they do a monthly Community Appreciation Event which is part of our community dues. There are also lots of Special Events all focused on different aspects of the Club. They're all inclusive, eat and drink all you want. Enjoy the Club amenities. Ribs are always popular, as well as many other dishes. Mexican is always a hit. Lots of color, taste and fun. Another extremely popular BBQ dish that's fun and easy .. Carne Asada The desserts are extra special, I enjoy making Tres Leches, but my favorite is Claudia's "Mexican Flan" and I've now to think of our holiday BBQ's as a special treat ... Claudia's dessert is very different and always a very big hit!

Dining Out, Instead of Cooking
Dine out or do a simple home bbq is our life now. No more big meals or needless work, eh. Tucson is a very layback town, and everything is close and convenient. This enables us to have what we want without any perspiration or big expense. Check our current times.
Skyline Country Club BBQ's
This includes highlights from our community events and a special pool party/BBQ/Kids Movie Time. The last show in this group includes one of our "Best Ever" BBQ's with my best friend Jack. We setup a special event for Jack, with lots of guests and an incredible array of food and drink.

The Wild Bunch

Doing BBQ for a bunch is always lots of fun. It's fun and easy to bbq at home just for ourselves, however the most memorable include lots of family and friends. Life slows down lots in our layback world especially during the summer. In addition, everyone enjoys pitching in for the cooking and games. These shows includes lots of our tradional BBQ parties with family and friends.

Our first big celebration was during our time in SaddleBroke back on July 4th, 2004. It immediately became a tradition and has long been remembered.

BBQ Times On The Road
Some sweet memories of times away from home and Tucson, lots of good times. 3 very special fun time memories. The first was at a cattle ranch with friends for Labor Day. And, the 2nd was a really great time had by son John and his buddies at Lake Patagonia for his 30th birthday. Finally, fun in Mexico with Da Wild Bunch.
