We enjoy driving across the USA, and seeing the different small towns and country roads.  So, we're heading down to Myrtle Beach, SC.

Day 1 was wet, foggy and not a good day for photos. But, we still got to see lots and lots of small farms in NY.

Day 2 and 3 were beautiful weather. The photo parade includes some sights along the way.

We're staying in Myrtle Beach, SC for 2 weeks. Checkout some scenes from our stay. Besides some vacation, we'll be enjoying our family Thanksgiving too.

We drove 3 days from Schroon River to Myrtle Beach, SC and then 5 days home to Tucson, AZ. We enjoyed some milder temps and the Fall scenery.  The photo parade includes all of the photos and live video.

I'm adding a blog to include memories of our road trips to include lots of favorite moments of the journey.  A real bucket list item was our long awaited sightseeing across the USA. So, watch for more semi-annual postings.

This post includes some of the past trips. The next trip is scheduled for November 7th. We're heading down to Myrtle Beach, SC for 2 weeks of vacation on the beach, and our Family Thanksgiving as a pit stop and then Tucson for Christmas.

The road trips between Tucson and our place in the Adirondacks is 2400 miles and takes about 6 days of driving. Our routine includes leaving about 10am and stopping for the day at about 4pm. This gives us a break and allows us to relax and enjoy the trip.

We've already done 3 cross country trips, seeing lots of the USA.

In addition to the trip itself, we now combine our trip with a 1-2 week vacation. Since our trips are now twice a year, we're on the road for at least 1 month every year.

Our first trip, left on Halloween and arrived on November 7th 2016. Beware, the Tucson maiden voyage takes about 40 minutes but includes lots of  lovely Fall landscape.

We left for our return trip in mid-February, during a very cold and snowy time.  I've included 2 slideshows, the initial trip to Texas and the 2nd our journey from Texas back home. We especially enjoyed a 3 day staycation in Hot Springs, AR .. the weather and the beautiful  setting.

Our 3rd road trip was for our first full summer in the Adirondacks. I've included 2 shows, i.e., our vacation in the Berkshires and the final trip from the Berkshires to our place on Schroon River.
