Hey, what's a nice Italian Boy born in Brooklyn supposed to do .. "Make Mama's Meatballs". And, I've been making them since 1953!

Our family has hosted many holidays and Italian Sundays over many years. And, we continue to try to always include a little bit of Italian Sunday in our family times .. even in the Wild West.

Gotta do my gravy, meatballs, Caesar Salad, Garlic Bread and Cheesecake .. as well as some traditional BBQ (Smoked Brisket)!

We're celebrating Summer with our 4th of July BBQ, and we'll be smoking some Brisket for the day's celebration.

We're back, at Mo's mother's home to enjoy the her national Jordanian dish .. Mansaf. Like our first get together the evening lasted and lasted.

We ate and ate, and enjoyed lots of conversation about our mutual countries, religions and views of Tucson and the world.

Da Guys showed us photos of Jordan, Lebanon (Mahmoud's country) and the Arab world, and shared stories of the desert, dead sea and mountains that provide the beautiful landscape and traditions.

It was truly a beautiful, inspiring evening .. in every way.
